Board Elections - Genesius Guild

I)Called to order – 6:17 pm In attendance board members and theatre representatives – David Pifko, Darren Serhal, JoBeth Cruz, Piper Bakrevski, Kevin Doler, Steve Rohe, Betty Howe, Earle Howe, Larry Hinken, Liz Love, Ed Griffith, Debbie Johannson, Cathy Mertens, Shannon Stutler, Marshall Crick, Ken Mertens, Lisa Woodruff, Maggie Reister-Walters, Andy Leahy, Anne Nicholls

II) Darren, Lisa counted online votes - Almost everybody voted online who could not attend
