II.  Opening remarks

JoBeth began the meeting with the goal of "learning from the past and moving forward to a positive future for the NIETF."

a)      Explanation of the New Board Positions which are comprised of delegates from four randomly drawn Member Theatres. This years delegates are:

            1. Amanda Dietrich ~ Crown Point Community Theatre

            2. Jeff Casey ~ Towle Community Theatre

            3. Bob Ton ~ 4^th Street Theatre

            4. (Highland Parks) - This organization did not choose a delegate; therefore as previously decided by the 2006 Board, there will only be three delegates this year

b)      Remarks on the Elite Magazine Spread of the 2006 NIETF Gala Event

c)       Open Forum listing the Achievements and Accomplishments of the NIETF  

            1. Discussion ensued with participation from most present

            2. Twenty Achievements / Accomplishments were listed and discussed

III. Adjournment

      The public meeting was adjourned by the President of the Board, JoBeth Cruz, at 10:59 am.
